We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with our service.
1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
- You have used less than 50% of your monthly API quota
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
- Your account is in good standing
2. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your account email and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Service downtime exceeding our 99.9% uptime guarantee
- Unused portion of annual subscriptions (prorated)
- Technical issues preventing service usage for extended periods
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Setup fees and one-time charges
- Custom development work
- Third-party marketplace API costs
- Subscriptions older than 30 days
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days
- Cryptocurrency: Subject to exchange policies
6. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Access remains active until the end of the billing period
- No refund for the current billing cycle unless within 30-day window
- Automatic renewal will be disabled
- Data export available for 90 days after cancellation
